We offer shipping Australia-wide for select products. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, rates, and conditions.

Shipping Availability

We ship:

  • Parts and Accessories: Australia-wide

  • Old Stock Bikes: Eligible for shipping

  • Current Model Bikes: Not available for shipping

    • These will appear as “Add to Quote” instead of “Add to Cart,” as they must be arranged for in-store collection.

Shipping Rates

  • Bikes (old stock only): $100 flat rate

  • Parts & Accessories: $10 flat rate

Shipping Carriers

  • Parts & Accessories: Shipped via Australia Post

  • Bikes: Shipped via StarTrack

Delivery Timeframes

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Speed: Standard delivery applies to all shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Bike Shipping Details

  • Bikes and e-bikes are shipped fully built, packed safely in a bike box with the front wheel removed for transport.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is preferred and available for all products, including current model bikes that cannot be shipped.

Additional Fees

  • We do not charge special handling fees.

  • No additional or hidden fees apply beyond the flat shipping rates listed above.
